Being a full-time commuter and cycling fanatic, I would never discourage someone, EVERYONE, to ride but a little perspective never hurts either.
While 14,723 is a whole lot of people, it's only 4.09% of the population in the study. I'm just sayin'...
Now get out there and ride anyway!!!
